Requirements

• Timely receipt of applications for return.
• Effective communication with parents.
• Carefully review the contract and return terms.
• Correct calculation of sums.
• Professional management of conflict situations.
• If possible, retain the client (by moving, freezing or transferring to another group).
• Follow up until the refund is complete.
• Return reporting.
• Ability to speak Russian and Uzbek fluently.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Not afraid of sophisticated customers.
• Pay attention to numbers.
• Being responsible and resistant to stress.
• Experience in sales, customer service or returns.
